Sagar Club Customer Care: The Help Routes That Actually Work
Last checked · Official Sagar Club guide

Sagar Club customer care has no phone number, no WhatsApp line and no Telegram desk. Help for the game at app.sagarclub.uk comes from two places: fixes you can make yourself in a minute or two, and a message you send from inside the game through Profile → Send feedback, which emails the team at contact@sagarclub.uk. Any number that claims to be Sagar Club customer care did not come from us.
Below you will find a map that links each common problem to its quickest fix, ten self-fixes in plain steps, a template for a feedback message that gets understood the first time, and what to do if a fake helpline has already been in touch.
Where Sagar Club Customer Care Really Happens
Most people searching for Sagar Club customer care want one of three things: to get back into an account, to understand a coin balance, or to report something odd in a round. The game is built so that most of this can be checked on your own screen. History lists the rounds you played, the lobby shows when the bonus buttons are ready, and Profile holds the account tools.
For anything you cannot sort out, Profile → Send feedback opens an email to the game team, already addressed. That is the one direct line. There is no call centre behind it, which also means nobody from the game will ever ring you, add you to a group or ask you to install an app.
This set-up has an upside and a downside. The upside: there is no number for scammers to copy convincingly, and nothing about your account can be changed by a voice on the phone. The downside: you cannot talk to a person in real time, and there is no reset tool if you lose a password. That is why the self-fixes below matter, and why a saved password is worth more than any Sagar Club customer care number could be.

Ten Problems You Can Fix Yourself
Each fix below works on your own phone without waiting for Sagar Club customer care to reply. They run roughly from the most common problem to the least common.
1. The password is not accepted
Usernames and passwords are both case-sensitive: "Ravi_7" and "ravi_7" are two different usernames. Tap the eye icon to show the password and read it back slowly. Phone keyboards often add a capital at the start or a space at the end without asking.
Next, look in the password manager of your browser or phone, which may have saved the details at sign-up. The game has no password reset button and no recovery by SMS or email, so a saved password is the best safety net you have.
2. Guest coins did not follow me to a new phone
"Play now — no signup" ties your coins to that phone and browser only. To move them, go back to the first device, open Profile, choose "Create my account" (or "Save your account") and tap "Save Account & Keep My Coins". Coins, history and rank stay with the new username, and you can then log in with it anywhere.
If the first phone is gone and the account was never saved, those coins stayed in that browser. Starting again is quick, though: a fresh free account begins with 10,000 coins.
3. I am stuck on the age screen
The first visit in each browser shows an "Adults only (18+)" screen. Choose your month, day and year from the drop-downs, then tap "I am 18 or older — Enter". If nothing happens, one of the three boxes is probably still blank. Players under 18 cannot continue, and no message changes that. The browser remembers the check, so seeing it again usually means a private tab or cleared site data.
4. The round will not load or shows Reconnecting…
This is nearly always the connection. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then reload the page. Close other tabs that are streaming video. If you play from a home-screen icon, close it fully and open it again. If one room keeps failing while the rest of the internet works fine, note the room name, the period number and the time, then send feedback.
5. Coins were not added after a round
Open History before anything else, find the round by its period number, and compare your pick with the result. A winning pick pays back the stake and the win together, so the jump in balance can look smaller than expected. A Green pick when the number is 5, or a Red pick when it is 0, pays 1.5x instead of 2x, which surprises many players.
Check the timing too. Picks lock in the final 5 seconds of a round, so a pick tapped after that was never placed. If History still does not match what you saw, that is worth a feedback message.
6. The daily bonus says it is already claimed
The lobby bonus pays 1,000 coins, or 2,000 when your previous claim was within 48 hours. If the button shows as claimed, come back the next day; claiming again within 48 hours keeps the larger amount coming.
7. The refill button is missing
The refill is a safety net, not a top-up. With a balance of 100 coins or more it stays hidden, and below that it appears at most once every 6 hours. Coins cannot be bought, so anyone offering to sell or "load" coins for a fee is running a scam.
| Button | Shows up when | Coins it gives |
|---|---|---|
| Daily bonus — Claim | You have not claimed yet today | 1,000, or 2,000 if your last claim was within 48 hours |
| Low balance — Refill | Balance under 100 and 6 hours since the last refill | 2,000 |
| Create Account & Get 10,000 Coins | You register a brand-new account | 10,000, once |
8. The game is in the wrong language
Open Profile and tap Language / भाषा. The game offers English and Hindi; pick one and the screens switch over.
9. I need to log out of a shared phone
You stay signed in on a browser until you tap Log out or the session expires. On a shared or borrowed phone, always finish with Profile → Log out. If the browser saved your password, remove it from the saved passwords list as well.
10. I want to delete my account
The game has a Delete your account page. Deletion is permanent: the account goes, and it cannot be brought back. If you only need a break, logging out and removing the home-screen icon may be enough. The game's privacy page explains what it stores about you.

Phone Habits That Save You a Support Message
The best Sagar Club customer care is the problem that never happens. A few habits on your phone prevent most of the issues above:
- Open the game from one saved place. A bookmark or home-screen icon for app.sagarclub.uk keeps you away from look-alike pages and sponsored ads.
- Save your password when you sign up. Let the browser or a password manager store it, because there is no reset button later.
- Turn a guest account into a real one early. The sign-up walkthrough shows each field, and saving a guest account keeps its coins, history and rank.
- Screenshot anything strange at once. A screenshot with the period number visible is the most useful thing you can attach to feedback.
- Keep your browser updated. Old browser versions are a common reason pages refuse to load.
- Filter unknown callers. Most phones can silence unknown numbers or flag spam calls from the phone app's settings, which cuts out many fake helpline calls.
Writing a Feedback Message That Gets Solved
When a self-fix does not work, Sagar Club customer care starts with your message. The clearer it is, the less back and forth you need. Open Profile → Send feedback, and your phone's email app opens with the address already filled in. Then add these details:
| Include | Example | Why it helps |
|---|---|---|
| Your username | Ravi_7, with the exact capitals | Finds the right account; usernames are case-sensitive |
| The room | Classic 1 Min | Each room runs its own rounds |
| The period number | The Period shown for that round | Points to the exact round in question |
| Date and time | Today, around 9:40 pm | Helps place the round if the period number is unclear |
| What you expected and what happened | Picked Big, result 7, balance unchanged | States the problem in one line |
| A screenshot | The History screen or the error message | Shows exactly what you saw |
| Your device and browser | Android phone, Chrome | Some faults appear on one setup only |
Leave out your password. Nobody needs it to look into a problem, and a reply that asks for it is not from the game team. Leave out bank details, UPI IDs and ID numbers too: the game never uses them. Keep to one problem per message. A short note with a period number beats a long one without it.

Why Every Sagar Club Customer Care Number Is Fake
The game publishes no phone number, no WhatsApp number and no Telegram handle. So any Sagar Club customer care number you find, and any Sagar Club helpline in a listing, is not the game's. The game also never collects your mobile number, so a caller who says they are "from Sagar Club" could not have got your number from it.
Scammers target this search for a reason. People look up a Sagar Club customer care number when they are already worried about a lost password or missing coins, and a worried person shares a code more quickly. A listing that answers on the first ring, at any hour, is a warning sign rather than a comfort.
| Where you see it | Typical line | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Search-result listings | A business listing with a "customer care" number under the name | Ignore it, and flag the listing as wrong if the site lets you |
| Sponsored ads | "24x7 helpline, call now" above the normal results | Do not call; use Send feedback in the game |
| Social media comments | Replies under posts: "DM this number for a refund" | Do not reply; report the account |
| "WhatsApp support" | A chat that greets you by name and asks for an OTP | Block it and report it through Chakshu |
| Video descriptions | "Agent number for recharge and withdrawal" | The game has neither, so skip it |
The script rarely changes. A friendly voice says your account is blocked, a withdrawal is pending or a bonus is waiting. Then comes a small fee, an OTP, a UPI PIN or a request to install an app. The game has no withdrawals and no fees, so the story falls apart at the first step. Our page on why coins never turn into cash shows why a "pending withdrawal" call is always false.
Screen-Sharing Apps and Remote Access Tricks
Some fake helplines ask you to install a screen-sharing or remote-access app "so the agent can fix it". Once it is running, they can watch you type a UPI PIN or read OTP messages as they arrive. It is a well-known technical support scam, dressed up for game players.
- No problem in the game needs anyone else to see or control your screen.
- If you installed such an app because a caller asked, turn off mobile data and Wi-Fi, uninstall it, then call your bank.
- Check your phone's accessibility settings for apps you did not knowingly switch on, and turn them off.
- Never type a UPI PIN to "receive" money. A PIN is only ever needed to send.
The Reserve Bank's awareness site, RBI Kehta Hai, has more short tips on keeping OTPs and PINs private.
Escalating Fraud: 1930, the Cybercrime Portal and Chakshu
Sagar Club customer care cannot reverse a payment you made to someone else, because the game never handled any money. If you paid a fake helpline, the people who can help are your bank and the national fraud services. Lodge your Sagar Club complaint there, in this order:
- Call 1930, the national cyber fraud helpline, as soon as you notice. Have the date, the amount, the UPI ID or account you paid, and the transaction reference ready.
- File a complaint on the national cybercrime portal, with screenshots of the call log, chats and receipts.
- Report the number through Chakshu on Sanchar Saathi so it can be checked and blocked.
- Tell your bank on a number you already trust, such as the one on the back of your card, and ask them to freeze the payment route the scammer used.
When you call, keep it simple: what you paid, when, by which method and to which ID. Short, clear facts help the person on the line act faster than a long story.
Afterwards, expect calls offering to "recover" your money for a fee. Those are scams as well. For more warning signs, see our checks for spotting a copycat site.
Emailing the Sagar Club Team
Send feedback in the game and the address contact@sagarclub.uk reach the same team. If you spot an outdated step, a wrong button name or a fake site using the name, the contact page explains what to include. Nobody can recover a lost password or move coins between accounts, so keep your login details safe.
For quick answers about coins, rooms and the home-screen app, the short-answer FAQ is often faster than writing in. And if you are not sure which route fits your Sagar Club contact question, the page for corrections and scam reports sorts it out in a few lines.
Calm Play, Safe Phone
Many support problems start when play gets rushed: a missed lock, a late-night round, a panicked search for a helpline. Set a time limit before you start, use a slower room when you are tired, and stop if you notice you are chasing losses.
If a fake helpline has left you stressed or out of pocket, talk to someone. Tele MANAS on 14416 is free and open 24x7, iCALL on 9152987821 offers counselling, and 1930 handles fraud.
Adults 18+ only. Sagar Club coins are free, cannot be bought and cannot be cashed, and no person, tool or trick can tell you the next result. India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 has banned online money games nationwide since 1 May 2026. Our fake support number checks has free helplines and more ways to stay safe.
Sagar Club Customer Care: Common Questions
What is the quickest way to reach Sagar Club customer care?
Open the game, go to Profile and tap Send feedback. It opens an email to the game team with the address already filled in. There is no phone, WhatsApp or Telegram contact, so this in-game option is the only direct route.
Will the game team ever phone or text me first?
No. The game does not ask for a mobile number at sign-up, so it has no number to call. Treat any call or text that claims to come from Sagar Club as a scam, especially one asking for an OTP, a fee or a UPI PIN.
Can I raise a complaint about one specific round?
Yes. Note the room, the period number and the time, look the round up in History and on its fairness page, then send feedback with a screenshot. The fairness page also lets you confirm the result was fixed before picks closed.
What should I never put in a feedback message?
Your password, any OTP, your UPI PIN, bank or card numbers, and ID numbers such as Aadhaar or PAN. The game never uses any of them, and nobody needs them to look into a problem.
Does deleting my account also remove my rank and history?
Yes. The Delete your account page removes the account permanently, together with its coins, history and place on the weekly ranks. If you only want a break, logging out is the gentler choice.
Can the website itself fix my game account?
The website pages cannot change an account, but the team can help. Use Profile, then Send feedback, or email contact@sagarclub.uk with your username, room and round period. Never send your password.
Conclusion: Sagar Club Customer Care, the Short Version
Sagar Club customer care is mostly in your own hands. Check capitals when a login fails, save a guest account on its first phone, read History when coins look off, and watch the lobby rules for the daily bonus and refill. When a fix does not work, Profile → Send feedback with your username, room, period number, time and a screenshot is the route that reaches the game team.
Anything outside the game, whether a phone number, a WhatsApp chat, a Telegram agent or a screen-sharing app, is not Sagar Club customer care. Do not call, do not pay, and report fraud on 1930 straight away.
