Contact and Help Routes
Last checked · Official Sagar Club guide

Sagar Club runs this website and the official game at app.sagarclub.uk. The team reads every message sent to contact@sagarclub.uk; the table below shows the quickest route for each kind of question, from game problems to scam reports.
Which Route to Use
| Your question | Best route |
|---|---|
| Game account, coins, rounds or deletion | Send feedback in the game’s Profile screen |
| A mistake on one of these guides | See "Corrections" below |
| Money lost to someone using the name | Call 1930 and report at cybercrime.gov.in |
| A suspicious call, SMS or WhatsApp message | Report it through Chakshu on sancharsaathi.gov.in |
Help With Your Game Account
Inside the game, open Profile and tap Send feedback. It opens an email to the game team. Include your username, the room, the round's period number and the time, plus a screenshot if you have one. Never send your password; no genuine helper needs it. The game's own privacy page explains what it stores about your account.
Many problems can be fixed in a minute without writing to anyone. Try the self-fixes on the customer care page first.
Email the Team
Email contact@sagarclub.uk with your username (never your password), the room and round period if it is about a game, or the page address if something on this site looks wrong.
Reporting a Fake Site or a Scam
If a site, app or caller uses the name to ask for money, an OTP or a UPI PIN, report it. Call the national cyber fraud helpline 1930 quickly if money has left your account, and file a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in. Fraud calls and messages can be reported through Chakshu on Sanchar Saathi.
Not sure whether something is fake? The real-or-fake checks list the signs. You can also return to the Sagar Club home page.
